LMP1
LMP1，即大分子多肽1，别名LMP-1、CD340。它是一种由EB病毒（Epstein-Barr virus, EBV）编码的膜蛋白，属于肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员。LMP1在EBV感染的B淋巴细胞中表达，其作用机制涉及激活多条信号通路，包括NF-κB、JAK/STAT、PI3K/AKT等，从而促进细胞的存活、增殖和抗凋亡。LMP1对EBV相关肿瘤的促进作用，如霍奇金淋巴瘤、鼻咽癌等。LMP1的表达有助于病毒逃避宿主的免疫监视，促进病毒的持续感染和肿瘤细胞的存活，是EBV相关肿瘤研究和治疗的重要靶点。
