LGALS3BP

LGALS3BP编码的蛋白全称为半乳糖凝集素-3结合蛋白（Galectin-3 binding protein），常被简称为MAC-2BP或90K蛋白，在UniProt数据库中也被标注为Lectin galactoside-binding soluble 3 binding protein。该蛋白是一种分泌型糖蛋白，广泛参与细胞间相互作用与免疫调节，通过与半乳糖凝集素家族成员（如Galectin-3）结合，介导细胞黏附、炎症反应及肿瘤微环境调控。研究发现其在多种癌症中异常高表达，包括乳腺癌、肺癌和肝癌，可能与肿瘤转移、血管生成及免疫逃逸相关。此外，该蛋白在病毒感染中发挥双重作用，既能通过增强干扰素应答抑制HIV复制，又能作为HCV病毒颗粒的附着因子促进感染。在自身免疫性疾病如系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中，其水平显著升高。近年来，针对LGALS3BP的药物开发聚焦于癌症治疗领域，已有单克隆抗体药物进入临床前研究，试图通过阻断其与Galectin-3的相互作用抑制肿瘤进展。同时，其作为生物标志物的潜力也在液体活检技术中受到关注，特别是在肝癌早期诊断和预后评估方面显示出应用价值。
