LBR
LBR，全名为lamin B受体，也被称为核纤层蛋白B受体。它在细胞核膜的内层，负责将核纤层和异染色质锚定在核膜上，对染色质和核纤层蛋白B之间的相互作用至关重要。LBR蛋白在胆固醇合成过程中也扮演着关键角色。LBR基因的突变与遗传性骨骼发育不良和Greenberg骨骼发育不良等疾病相关。目前，针对LBR蛋白的药物研发主要集中在开发抗体和siRNA等治疗方法，以治疗相关疾病。
