LANCL2

LANCL2,即羊毛硫氨酸合成酶C样蛋白2,别名TASP。它是一种脱落酸受体,表达于人的免疫细胞、上皮细胞和肌肉细胞中,参与应激反应、组织生长、炎症调节和糖代谢等信号传递。LANCL2的作用机制包括与ABA结合,激活信号传导,增强调节性T细胞(Treg)反应,下调肠道中的效应反应,并参与线粒体代谢和IL-2/CD25信号传导的免疫调节。LANCL2的药理学激活在肠道炎症、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、多发性硬化症和牛皮癣的小鼠模型中显示出治疗功效。此外,LANCL2还参与了胶质母细胞瘤的侵袭性伪足形成和肿瘤进展,通过激活STAT3/Cortactin信号通路。LANCL2的异常表达与多种疾病的发病机制相关,包括自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤,如胶质母细胞瘤。因此,LANCL2不仅在细胞抗氧化过程中发挥作用,还可能成为未来治疗这些疾病的潜在靶点。

IHC image of CSB-PA865129LA01HU diluted at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human brain tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
