KIF20A

KIF20A(驱动蛋白家族成员20A)也被称为Rab6相互作用驱动蛋白样蛋白或MKLP2,是一种参与细胞有丝分裂的关键分子马达蛋白。KIF20A通过调控微管动态参与胞质分裂过程,负责将细胞膜成分与染色体分离所需的物质定向运输至分裂沟区域。KIF20A在多种恶性肿瘤中异常高表达,包括肝癌、胰腺癌和三阴性乳腺癌,其过表达会加速肿瘤细胞增殖并促进远处转移,已成为癌症治疗的重要潜在靶点。目前针对该靶点的药物开发聚焦于小分子抑制剂和单克隆抗体,其中日本研发的KIF20A多肽疫苗已在肝癌临床前试验中显示出抑制肿瘤生长的效果,而特异性抑制剂Paprotrain等化合物正进行抗肿瘤活性评估。KIF20A在正常组织中低表达的特性为靶向治疗提供了较好的安全性窗口。
