ITGA2

ITGA2，即整合素α2亚基，别名CD49b、GPIa、HPA-5、VLA-2，是一种150 kDa的膜表面糖蛋白，在多种细胞类型中表达，如血小板、肠上皮细胞、NK细胞、上皮细胞和活化T细胞等。
ITGA2的作用机制是与CD29（整合素β1）非共价结合形成异质二聚体VLA-2，即血小板糖蛋白Ia/IIa (CD49b/CD29)，介导成熟巨核细胞和血小板与胶原之间的粘附。ITGA2在细胞外基质细胞粘附中起着重要作用，参与细胞粘附、迁移、增殖和信号传导等过程，对维持组织结构和功能完整性至关重要。异常的ITGA2表达与多种疾病相关，包括多种动脉疾病、血小板疾病、糖尿病等。
