IRS2
IRS2，即胰岛素受体底物2，别名IRS-2。IRS2由人类IRS2基因编码，该基因位于19号染色体的q13.32区域。IRS2是一种细胞质信号分子，通过作为不同受体酪氨酸激酶和下游效应子之间的分子适配器，调节胰岛素（INS）、胰岛素样生长因子1（IGF）和其他细胞因子的作用。IRS2在受体刺激后被胰岛素受体酪氨酸激酶磷酸化，进而激活如PI3K等下游信号分子。IRS2在调节胰岛素信号转导中起着重要作用，影响细胞生长、生存和物质代谢过程，与2型糖尿病、肥胖症和神经退行性疾病相关。IRS2的表达和活性变化与胰岛素敏感性相关，其功能受损可能导致胰岛素抵抗。
