IL6RA

IL6RA，即白细胞介素-6受体亚单位α，别名CD126、IL-6R、IL-1Ra、IL6RA、gp80。它是一种I型跨膜糖蛋白，由多种细胞包括免疫细胞、上皮细胞和脂肪细胞分泌产生。IL6RA作为IL-6的激动剂，通过与IL-6结合形成复合物，再与膜蛋白gp130结合，激活JAK/STAT、MAPK和Akt等信号通路，从而调节细胞生长、分化，并在免疫反应、急性期反应和造血中发挥重要作用。IL6RA的失调与许多疾病的发病机制有关，如多发性骨髓瘤、自身免疫性疾病和前列腺癌等。
