HTR1A,即5-羟色胺1A受体,别名ADRB2RL1、ADRBRL1、5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1A、5-HT-1A、5-HT1A、G-21、Serotonin receptor 1A。它是一种G蛋白偶联受体,广泛分布于大脑中接收来自中缝核的血清素能信号的区域,是中枢神经系统中血清素信号传导的关键介质。HTR1A由HTR1A基因编码,其作用机制主要是通过与5-羟色胺(5-HT)等配体结合,激活G蛋白,进而调节下游效应子的活性,如腺苷酸环化酶,影响细胞内的信号传递。HTR1A在生物学上的意义非常广泛,它参与调节多种生理功能,包括情绪、睡眠、疼痛感知、认知功能以及自主神经系统的调节等。HTR1A的活性也与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关,如抑郁症、焦虑症、偏头痛、帕金森病、肠易激综合症、癫痫、产后抑郁、焦虑症、睡眠障碍、先天性中枢性低通气综合征、进食障碍、酒精依赖、内源性抑郁、神经性厌食症、神经性贪食症、病理性赌博、马查多-约瑟夫病(一种遗传性运动障碍)、慢性疼痛、无痛症、偏头痛无先兆型等。因此,HTR1A是精神药理学研究和相关疾病治疗中的一个重要靶点 。
