HSPA9

HSPA9,即热休克蛋白家族A(Hsp70)成员9,别名CSA、MOT、MOT2、SAAN、CRP40、EVPLS、GRP75、PBP74、GRP-75、HSPA9B、SIDBA4、MTHSP75、HEL-S-124m。HSPA9主要定位于线粒体,但也存在于内质网、质膜和细胞质囊泡中,是一种热休克同源蛋白。HSPA9在细胞增殖、应激反应和线粒体维持中发挥作用,能够干预细胞凋亡途径,并在细胞中扮演过氧化物酶体自噬调节剂的角色。HSPA9的缺失会增强通过过氧化物酶体自噬的降解。HSPA9在多种肿瘤中表达较高,与肿瘤细胞的增殖和侵袭密切相关,可作为独立的临床预测指标。
