HPRT1

HPRT1，全称为Hypoxanthine phosphoribosyltransferase 1，也被称为HGPRT、HGPRTase。它在人体中扮演着生成嘌呤核苷酸的关键角色，通过嘌呤回收途径发挥作用。HPRT1蛋白的突变与Lesch-Nyhan综合征（一种X连锁的神经遗传性疾病）有关，这种疾病会影响嘌呤代谢。此外，HPRT1蛋白在痛风等疾病中也扮演着重要角色。目前，针对HPRT1蛋白的研究正推动着相关药物的研发，以期治疗与嘌呤代谢相关的疾病。
