HMOX1

HMOX1，血红素加氧酶1，别名HO-1、HSP32、HMOX1D、bK286B10。HMOX1是一种在血红素代谢过程中的重要酶，它将血红素转化为胆绿素，胆绿素随后被还原为胆红素和一氧化碳。
HMOX1具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡、信号传导和免疫调节等多重生物学效应，对于保护细胞免受氧化和炎症损伤、维持细胞稳态具有重要作用。HMOX1的表达可以在受到氧化应激和细胞损伤后上调，而Nrf2也可以直接调节HO-1启动子活性。HMOX1的活性由其底物血红素和各种非血红素物质诱导，对多种刺激因子的强大适应性反应揭示了其在阻止炎症过程和氧化性组织损伤中的潜在重要作用。
