HAVCR2
HAVCR2，即甲型肝炎病毒细胞受体2，别名TIM-3（T细胞免疫球蛋白域和粘蛋白域-3）。它是一种主要在T细胞上表达的跨膜蛋白，属于TIM家族成员之一。HAVCR2的作用机制涉及到与多种配体的结合，包括磷酸酶CD244和磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS），在免疫应答中发挥调节作用，特别是作为抑制性受体参与调节T细胞的活性。HAVCR2在自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、肿瘤免疫监视和免疫逃逸等免疫反应的调节中发挥着不同的作用，是适应性免疫中的一种抑制分子，且在某些肿瘤中表达水平的变化与疾病进展相关，因此它也是免疫治疗研究中的潜在靶点。

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cell with CSB-RA010145MA1HU at 1:150, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was FITC-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG(H+L).
