GZMK
GZMK，即颗粒酶M，别名Granzyme K、Gzmk。它是一种由GZMK基因编码的丝氨酸蛋白酶，属于颗粒酶家族成员，在细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)和自然杀伤(NK)细胞中表达。GZMK的作用机制涉及与细胞毒性颗粒中的其他颗粒酶协同作用，通过诱导靶细胞凋亡来发挥其细胞毒性作用，参与免疫应答过程。GZMK的表达和活性在某些疾病中可能发生改变，例如在自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤中。因此，GZMK是免疫学研究和相关疾病治疗中的一个潜在靶点。
