GPC1
GPC1，即磷脂球蛋白聚糖1（glypican1），别名Glypican-1、epididymissecretoryspermbindingprotein等。它是一种细胞表面硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖，由膜相关蛋白核心组成，该核心被可变数量的硫酸乙酰肝素链取代。GPC1通过糖基磷脂酰肌醇键固定在细胞质膜上，属于glypican相关的完整膜蛋白多糖家族（GRIPS）。其作用机制涉及调节多种信号通路，包括FGF、VEGF-A、TGF-β、Wnt、Hh和BMP，通过与通路配体和受体的特异性相互作用，影响信号通路的激活或抑制。GPC1在控制细胞分裂和生长调节中发挥作用，参与发育过程，并在多种癌症类型中表达明显升高，包括胰腺癌、乳腺癌等，是癌症检测和治疗的潜在生物标志物。
