GIP
GIP，即葡萄糖依赖性促胰岛素释放多肽（Glucose-dependent Insulinotropic Polypeptide），别名Incretin hormone。它是一种由肠道K细胞分泌的肠促胰素，主要分布在十二指肠和近端空肠，对食物摄取后胰岛素的分泌起到重要的调节作用。GIP的作用机制包括与GIP受体结合，激活信号通路，刺激胰岛β细胞以葡萄糖依赖的方式分泌胰岛素，同时在胰岛α细胞中促进胰高血糖素的分泌，从而在血糖调节中发挥智能调节作用。GIP不仅参与血糖的稳定，还可能通过中枢神经系统对摄食行为和认知进行调节，并对心血管系统具有保护作用 。然而，在2型糖尿病患者中，GIP的促胰岛素作用可能会受损，但通过改善血糖控制，GIP的调节作用有可能得到恢复。
