GDF11
GDF11，即生长分化因子11，别名VHO、BMP11、BMP-11，是一种由人类基因编码的分泌型蛋白，属于转化生长因子β（TGF-β）超家族成员之一。GDF11可结合TGF-β受体，导致SMAD家族转录因子的募集和激活，从而调节基因表达。GDF11在神经和其他器官系统的发育中发挥作用，并可能调节衰老过程。
