GABRB1

GABRB1,即γ-氨基丁酸A型受体亚基beta1,别名DEE45、EIEE45等。它位于人类第4号染色体的4p12区域,属于GABA受体家族中的一员。GABRB1的作用机制是通过与GABA结合,调节氯离子通道的开启,导致神经元细胞膜的超极化,从而降低神经元的兴奋性,产生抑制性突触后电位。GABRB1在中枢神经系统中调节最快的抑制性突触传递,对于维持神经系统的正常功能至关重要。其变异与精神分裂症的病理学有关,并可能与癫痫、酒精依赖、双相情感障碍等疾病的发生发展相关。
