G6PD
G6PD，即葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶。别名G-6-PD，它是一种位于红细胞中的酶，主要功能是催化磷酸戊糖途径的第一步反应，产生还原型辅酶Ⅱ(NADPH)，这种酶对于维持红细胞膜的完整性和保护血红蛋白免受氧化损伤至关重要。G6PD缺乏会导致红细胞在遇到某些药物、食物（如蚕豆）或感染时，无法有效抵抗氧化应激，从而导致红细胞破裂和溶血。G6PD基因位于X染色体上，因此该缺乏症是一种X连锁遗传病，男性患者多于女性。全球约有4亿人患有G6PD缺乏症，尤其在地中海地区、非洲、东南亚和中国南方地区较为常见。临床上，G6PD缺乏症的表现为溶血性贫血，症状包括黄疸、苍白、深色尿液和腹痛等。
