FXR1
FXR1，即FMR1常染色体同系物1，别名FMR1 Autosomal Homolog 1、Fragile X Mental Retardation Syndrome-Related Protein 1、HFXR1p、FXR1P。FXR1是一种RNA结合蛋白，与功能相似的FMR1和FXR2相互作用。这些蛋白质在细胞核和细胞质之间穿梭，并与多聚核糖体结合，主要与60S核糖体亚基结合。FXR1通过其RNA结合能力以及与其他蛋白质的相互作用，参与调控基因表达和mRNA的稳定性。FXR1在多种细胞过程中发挥作用，包括细胞增殖、分化和肿瘤发生。FXR1的异常表达与多种疾病相关，包括某些类型的癌症和神经退行性疾病。
