FLCN
FLCN，即卵泡素，别名BHD、FLCL、DENND8B。FLCN是一种肿瘤抑制因子，可能通过AMPK和mTOR信号通路参与能量和/或营养感应，调节RPS6KB1的磷酸化。FLCN涉及多种细胞途径，包括膜运输、能量和营养稳态以及溶酶体生物发生，通过调节各种代谢途径，包括线粒体的氧化代谢，维持细胞稳态。FLCN的突变与Birt-Hogg-Dubé综合征（BHD综合征）有关，这是一种常染色体显性遗传病，主要临床表现为毛囊错构瘤、肾囊肿和肾肿瘤等。
