FBXO3
FBXO3，别名FBA、FBX3。FBXO3由人类FBXO3基因编码，该基因位于染色体11p13位置。FBXO3是F-box蛋白家族的成员，其特征是含有约40个氨基酸的F-box基序。F-box蛋白是SCF（SKP1-Cullin-F-box）泛素蛋白连接酶复合体的四个亚基之一，参与磷酸化依赖性泛素化过程。FBXO3属于Fbxs类，包含不同的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用模块或无可识别基序。FBXO3具有多种生物学功能，包括调节免疫病理、神经性疾病和抗病毒反应。FBXO3在炎症性疾病和人类恶性肿瘤中的作用尤为重要，包括类风湿性关节炎、白血病、垂体腺瘤和口腔鳞状细胞癌。FBXO3通过泛素化和降解特定底物来调节多种细胞功能，成为治疗包括癌症在内的多种疾病的新靶点。
