EIF1
EIF1，即真核翻译起始因子1，别名A121、ISO1、SUI1、EIF-1、EIF1A。EIF1是一种关键的翻译起始因子，具有RNA结合活性，参与翻译起始的调节，主要位于细胞质和细胞核中。EIF1与40S核糖体亚基结合，参与mRNA的扫描过程，识别起始密码子，并促进48S预起始复合物的组装。EIF1对于确保翻译起始的准确性和保真度至关重要，它通过影响40S核糖体亚基的构象以及结合的mRNA和起始tRNA的定位，积极促进起始密码子的选择。EIF1的异常表达与多种疾病相关，包括Mehmo综合征和白质脑病伴消失的白质。

Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with CSB-PA007503LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
