CSF2RA
CSF2RA全称为集落刺激因子2受体α亚基（Colony Stimulating Factor 2 Receptor Alpha Subunit），又称GM-CSF受体α链或CD116抗原。CSF2RA与β亚基共同构成粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（GM-CSF）受体，主要参与调控髓系细胞的增殖、分化及免疫功能。其异常表达与肺泡蛋白沉积症相关，患者因基因突变导致肺表面活性物质代谢障碍，引发呼吸衰竭等严重症状。在自身免疫性疾病领域，该受体被发现与类风湿性关节炎、多发性硬化症的病理进程存在关联，其介导的炎症信号可能促进致病性T细胞活化。药物开发方面，针对GM-CSF/CSF2R通路的单克隆抗体如Mavrilimumab已进入类风湿性关节炎的Ⅲ期临床试验，而Lenzilumab在COVID-19引发的细胞因子风暴治疗中也显示出调控过度免疫反应的潜力。急性髓系白血病中该受体的异常激活机制为靶向治疗提供了新方向。

Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA006046LA01HU at 1:466, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
