CRL5
CRL5，别名CUL-5、Vasopressin-activated calcium-mobilizing receptor 1、VACM-1，它是一个多亚基组成的蛋白复合物。CRL5来源于细胞内，由骨架蛋白Cullin 5、RING蛋白SAG、衔接蛋白Elongin B/C和底物识别蛋白SOCS等多个组分构成。其作用机制主要通过靶向降解一系列关键调节蛋白或改变蛋白互相作用方式，参与细胞因子信号传导、炎症反应、病毒感染、肿瘤发生等生物学过程。CRL5作为E3泛素连接酶的重要成员，通过精细调控蛋白质的稳定性和活性，维持细胞内环境的稳定，对生物体的正常生理功能和疾病发生发展具有深远影响。
