CMPK1
CMPK1，即胞苷/尿苷单磷酸激酶1，别名CK、CMK、UMP-CMPK、UMPK等。它来源于人类基因编码，是一种参与细胞核酸生物合成的关键酶。CMPK1的作用机制是通过催化ATP的磷酸基团转移到CMP、UMP或dCMP上，形成相应的二磷酸核苷酸。CMPK1对于嘧啶核苷酸的从头生物合成至关重要，是合成重要细胞构件的关键步骤，对细胞核苷酸代谢及多种细胞过程具有潜在影响。
