CLEC7A
CLEC7A，也称为Dectin-1，是一种重要的模式识别受体，主要作用是识别细菌和真菌细胞壁中的特定多糖。它通过招募脾酪氨酸激酶（SYK）并激活CARD结构域-BCL10-MALT1（CBM）信号体，触发Toll样受体2（TLR2）介导的炎症反应。CLEC7A在免疫防御中扮演关键角色，特别是在抵抗真菌感染方面。此外，它还与多种疾病相关，如念珠菌病和肺曲霉病。目前，针对CLEC7A的研究正在推动新型抗真菌药物的开发。
