CLDN1
CLDN1，即紧密连接蛋白1，别名CLD1、SEMP1、ILVASC。它是由人类CLDN1基因编码的蛋白质，主要表达于上皮细胞及神经周细胞中。CLDN1通过与其他蛋白质组成的连接复合体将细胞外侧质膜功能性地分成顶侧的脂质部分和基侧的蛋白部分两个不同的功能区，阻止这两个不同功能区之间的相互弥散，从而形成细胞的极性，并维持细胞内外液体溶质的分隔。CLDN1的功能主要为维持细胞极性及屏障功能，选择通透功能，调节离子及大分子物质跨细胞旁路的被动转运，允许离子及小分子可溶性物质通过，并阻止微生物及毒性大分子的通过，从而维持细胞内环境的稳态。
