CKAP4
CKAP4，即细胞骨架相关蛋白4，别名p63、CLIMP63、ERGIC-63。CKAP4是一种II型跨膜蛋白，主要定位于细胞膜和粗面内质网，同时也是多种配体的受体，在稳定蛋白结构中发挥重要作用。CKAP4参与多种生物活动，包括细胞增殖、细胞迁移、角质形成细胞分化、糖生成、纤维化、胸腺发育、心脏发生、神经元凋亡和癌症的发生发展。CKAP4及其亚型与DKK1或DKK3（Dickkopf蛋白）或抗增殖因子（APF）结合，并调节多个下游信号通路，如PI3K/AKT和MAPK1/3。CKAP4复合体在调节信号通路中起关键作用，是癌症治疗的潜在靶点。

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA005453LA01HU at 1:133, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
