CHRNB1

CHRNB1是神经系统中重要的信号传导分子,其功能异常可能引发多种疾病。CHRNB1全称为胆碱能受体烟碱型β1亚基,也被简称为nAChR β1或神经元乙酰胆碱受体β亚基。它主要分布于神经肌肉接头处,通过与乙酰胆碱结合触发离子通道开放,介导神经冲动向肌肉的传递。若该蛋白发生突变,可能导致先天性肌无力综合征,患者表现为肌肉易疲劳、运动障碍,严重时可影响呼吸功能。研究还发现,CHRNB1表达异常可能与癫痫发作、自主神经功能紊乱存在关联。目前针对该靶点的药物开发集中于小分子调节剂,例如某些烟碱类似物已进入临床前研究,旨在通过稳定受体构象改善神经肌肉传导。此外,传统药物如胆碱酯酶抑制剂虽非直接作用于β1亚基,但可通过提升乙酰胆碱浓度间接影响其功能,这类药物在治疗重症肌无力等疾病中仍发挥重要作用。
