CFH

CFH,即补体因子H,别名HUS、FHL1、ARMS1、ARMD4等。它是由人体肝脏及一些其他细胞产生的一种血清糖蛋白,主要在补体系统的调节中发挥作用。CFH的作用机制主要是通过与C3b结合,抑制补体旁路途径C3转化酶的形成,促进C3转化酶的分解,从而控制补体激活,保护宿主细胞免受补体的破坏。CFH的生物学意义非常广泛,它不仅在免疫防御中保护自身细胞,防止补体系统的过度激活,还涉及到多种疾病的发生发展,如年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)、某些肾脏疾病和心血管疾病等。CFH基因的突变或异常表达与这些疾病的发生有密切关系。
