BTN2A1
BTN2A1，即嗜乳脂蛋白亚家族2成员A1，别名BTF1、BT2.1、BTN2.1、DJ3E1.1、BK14H9.1等。BTN2A1由人类BTN2A1基因编码，该基因位于6号染色体的p22.2区域。BTN2A1编码的蛋白质属于免疫球蛋白超家族，是一个整合的质膜蛋白，参与脂质、脂肪酸和固醇代谢。作用机制方面，BTN2A1与BTN3A1形成异质二聚体，通过其IgV结构域相互作用，参与γδT细胞的激活，尤其是在Vγ9Vδ2T细胞识别磷抗原时发挥关键作用。BTN2A1在免疫应答中扮演重要角色，其变异可能与代谢综合征等疾病状态相关。BTN2A1还被认为是Vγ9Vδ2T细胞的新靶点，与抗肿瘤免疫反应相关。
