BTG3

BTG3，即B细胞易位基因3，别名TOB5、TIS21、ANA、TOFA、APRO4、TOB55等。BTG3基因位于人类21号染色体上，属于BTG/Tob家族成员之一。BTG3的作用机制包括与多种转录因子相互作用，调控细胞周期和抑制细胞增殖。在细胞核内，BTG3能够与E2F1、Smad3等因子结合，抑制细胞周期进程和细胞增殖；在细胞质中，BTG3能够抑制src、Akt和Ras/MAPK信号通路。BTG3在多种肿瘤中表达下调，并且与肿瘤的侵袭性和预后密切相关，提示其可能作为肿瘤抑制基因，对肿瘤的发生发展具有重要的生物学意义。
