BFAR
BFAR,即双功能凋亡调节因子,别名BAR、RNF47。BFAR是一个多结构域的E3泛素连接酶,它通过结合半胱天冬酶、蛋白质-大分子衔接活性以及泛素蛋白连接酶活性,参与IRE1介导的未折叠蛋白反应的负调控、蛋白酶体介导的泛素依赖性蛋白质分解代谢过程以及蛋白质泛素化。BFAR在细胞凋亡过程的负调节中起作用,并且位于内质网和膜内。BFAR的异常表达与多种疾病相关,包括肿瘤,其中在老年个体来源的CD8+ T细胞中高表达会抑制TRM细胞的产生,影响机体抗肿瘤免疫反应。
