BCL11B
BCL11B,即B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病11B基因,别名CTIP2、RIT1。BCL11B在T细胞发育和身份维持中有重要作用,最初被发现是辐射引发的T细胞淋巴瘤的潜在抑制因子。BCL11B的作用机制涉及抑制NuRD复合物和促进β-catenin与TCF4的相互作用来激活Wnt信号,其表达直接被BMP信号所抑制。BCL11B在T细胞急性淋巴细胞白血病(T-ALL)中作为单倍剂量不足的抑癌因子,与其他致癌病变联合发挥作用。BCL11B还与神经发育有关,其在少突胶质细胞分化过程中的表达降低,但对神经元分化和中枢神经系统的发育具有调节作用。BCL11B的异常表达与多种疾病相关,包括T-ALL和某些神经发育障碍。
