ALPK1
ALPK1，即α激酶1，别名LAK、ROSAH。它是一种由人类基因编码的非典型丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶，与常规蛋白激酶没有序列同源性。ALPK1在多种组织中表达，包括骨髓、皮肤等。ALPK1的作用机制涉及识别并特异性结合细菌脂多糖LPS合成的前体糖分子ADP-heptose（二磷酸腺苷庚糖），进而激活NF-κB通路介导的天然免疫炎症反应。ALPK1作为一种模式识别受体（PRR），在天然免疫反应中发挥重要作用，特别是在识别病原相关分子模式（PAMPs）和激活宿主免疫应答方面。ALPK1的激活可以诱导抗肿瘤免疫，在肿瘤免疫治疗领域具有潜在的应用价值。
