AIM2
AIM2，即黑素瘤缺乏因子2，别名PYHIN4。它属于干扰素诱导的HIN-200蛋白家族，最初被确定为黑色素瘤的肿瘤抑制因子。AIM2可与细胞质中的双链DNA结合，激活AIM2炎性小体，进而促进生物活性白介素-β1（IL-β1）和IL-18的分泌，并诱导细胞焦亡。此外，AIM2还在调节免疫细胞功能，特别是Treg细胞和B细胞分化中扮演重要角色，对自身免疫性疾病如系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的发病机制和治疗靶点有重要意义。这些发现揭示了AIM2在生物学和医学领域的广泛应用前景。
