AARS2
AARS2，即丙氨酰-tRNA合成酶2，别名mitochondrialalanyl-tRNAsynthetase2。它是由人类细胞中的AARS2基因编码的一种蛋白质，主要在线粒体中发挥作用。AARS2的作用机制包括作为氨基酸转运和蛋白质合成的关键酶，同时也是一种乳酸感受蛋白和乳酸化转移酶，能够感知L-乳酸积累，并通过乳酸化修饰调控其他蛋白的功能。AARS2不仅参与蛋白质合成，还参与调控固有免疫系统，影响病毒感染和免疫逃逸。AARS2的异常表达与多种癌症相关，可能在癌症发展中起到促进作用，并可作为评估预后和免疫治疗反应的潜在生物标志物。
