【抗CD20单克隆抗体XY123】本产品为小鼠源IgG2a型单克隆抗体，采用杂交瘤技术制备并经Protein G亲和层析纯化，特异性识别B淋巴细胞表面CD20抗原表位。抗体溶于pH7.4的PBS缓冲体系，含50%甘油及0.09%叠氮化钠防腐剂，建议-20℃分装保存避免反复冻融。在Western Blot实验中可清晰检测62kDa的CD20蛋白条带，免疫组化实验显示与石蜡切片中B细胞标志物特异性结合，适用于B淋巴细胞分化研究、非霍奇金淋巴瘤机制探索及免疫微环境分析等科研领域。该抗体经流式细胞术验证与多种哺乳动物CD20蛋白具有交叉反应性，特别适合多物种比较研究。在白血病模型构建和免疫细胞分选实验中可作为关键检测工具，为肿瘤免疫治疗基础研究提供可靠试剂支持。
