Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

  • 功能：
    Serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in the control of sugar metabolism and translation. Phosphorylates UGP1, which is required for normal glycogen and beta-(1,6)-glucan synthesis. This phosphorylation shifts glucose partitioning toward cell wall glucan synthesis at the expense of glycogen synthesis.

    1. Snf1 phosphorylates and activates Psk1. Once activated, Psk1 may phosphorylate Pbp1, which is known to stimulate stress granule formation and inhibit TORC1 through sequestration. Thus, Psk1 is a link between energy status and cell growth/proliferation. PMID: 25428989
    2. PSK1 mediated in vivo phosphorylation of Cbf1 at T211/T212 inhibits yeast cell respiration. PMID: 24850888
