共轭:Avi-tag Biotinylated
E. coli biotin ligase (BirA) is highly specific in covalently attaching biotin to the 15 amino acid AviTag peptide. This recombinant protein was biotinylated in vivo by AviTag-BirA technology, which method is BriA catalyzes amide linkage between the biotin and the specific lysine of the AviTag.

功能:ATPase component of the INO80 complex which remodels chromatin by shifting nucleosomes and is involved in DNA repair. Its ability to induce transcription of some phosphate-responsive genes is modulated by inositol polyphosphates. The INO80 complex is involved in DNA repair by associating with 'Ser-129' phosphorylated H2A histones as a response to DNA damage.

- INO80 translocates along DNA at the H2A-H2B interface of nucleosomes and persistently displaces DNA from the surface of H2A-H2B. The data suggest that INO80 has a mechanism for dimer exchange that is distinct from other chromatin remodellers including its paralogue SWR1. PMID: 28604691
