Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

功能：

Involved in the biosynthesis of cyclic beta-(1,2)-glucan. It seems that NdvB is involved in three enzymatic activities. First, it may catalyze the transfer of the first glucose from UDP-Glc to an unknown amino acid. In the second enzymatic activity (UDP-Glc:beta-(1,2) oligosaccharide glucosyltransferase), it may be responsible for chain elongation. Finally, in the third activity, it may catalyze glucan cyclization and release from the protein. NdvB is also involved in nodule invasion and in bacteroid development.
