Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

    Regulator of crossing-over during meiosis. Involved in initiation and/or maintenance of chromosome synapsis and formation of crossovers.

    1. Tex11 regulates genome-wide recombination rates in both sexes in a dosage-dependent manner. An intronless autosomal Tex11 transgene functionally substitutes for the X-linked Tex11 gene, providing genetic evidence for the X-to-autosomal retrotransposition evolution phenomenon. PMID: 26136358
    2. mouse spermatogonial stem cells expressed Tex11, Hpip, and Esr2 but not Esr1, and in cultured cells, TEX11 competed with Esr2 for binding to HPIP. PMID: 22383461
