Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

    Actin cytoskeleton-organizing protein that plays a role in the formation of cell projections. Plays a role in dendritic spine morphogenesis and organization, including the localization of the dopamine receptor DRD1 to the dendritic spines. Involved in synaptic plasticity.

    1. Chicken drebrin are now classified into three isoforms, namely, drebrins E1, E2, and A. Genomic cloning demonstrated that the three isoforms are generated by an alternative splicing of individual exons encoding the insertion sequences from single drebrin gene PMID: 28865012
    2. In the adult brain, drebrin is mainly localized in dendritic spines, but in some nuclei, drebrin can be detected in neuronal somata as well as dendritic spines. The fact that the developmental changes in drebrin expression highly correlate in time with the sensitive period of visual cortical plasticity in kittens suggests that synaptic plasticity depends on drebrin.
