To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rat FRA in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

The standard in the kit is modified NS0-derived recombinant protein.
As you mentioned: Fructosamines are compounds that result from glycation reactions between a sugar (such as fructose or glucose) and a primary amine. We have screened out specific raw materials of antibodies( mouse monoclonal antibody and goat polyclonal antibody). In theory, if the type of fructosamine has the antibody's specific recognition sites, then it can be detected out.
