产品描述：CUSABIO大鼠糖化血红蛋白A1c（GHbA1c）酶联免疫检测试剂盒（货号：CSB-E08140r），采用竞争法定量检测红细胞裂解液样本中的GHbA1c含量，检测灵敏度达0.019 ng/mL，线性范围为0.019-80 ng/mL。GHbA1c是红细胞血红蛋白与葡萄糖非酶促结合的产物，其浓度可反映个体近8-12周的平均血糖水平，在糖尿病研究中具有重要监测价值。试剂盒包含预包被抗体的96孔板、系列浓度标准品、生物素标记检测抗体、HRP标记链霉亲和素、TMB显色底物及终止液，实验全程约需3.5小时，标准品与样本均设复孔检测。本试剂盒适用于科研领域对大鼠红细胞样本中GHbA1c水平的定量分析，可为糖尿病动物模型构建、降糖药物作用机制研究、糖代谢紊乱相关病理生理机制探索等实验提供数据支持，试剂盒组分需在2-8℃保存，开封后建议1个月内使用完毕。
