产品描述:CUSABIO大鼠血管生成素1(ANG-1)酶联免疫检测试剂盒(货号:CSB-E07303r),基于夹心法原理开发,可定量检测血清、血浆及组织匀浆样本中的ANG-1蛋白,检测范围为6.25-400 ng/mL,最低检测浓度为6.25 ng/mL。ANG-1作为血管生成关键调控因子,通过与Tie-2受体结合参与血管生成、内皮细胞稳定及血管成熟等生理过程,在心血管疾病、肿瘤微环境及组织修复研究中具有重要价值。试剂盒采用预包被特异性抗体的酶标板捕获样本中的ANG-1蛋白,通过生物素标记检测抗体与链霉亲和素-HRP系统实现信号放大,结合TMB显色反应定量目标蛋白浓度。适用于研究血管生成相关疾病模型(如缺血再灌注损伤、肿瘤血管化)中ANG-1的动态变化,或探索其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等分子的协同调控机制,为心血管生物学、肿瘤微环境及再生医学等科研领域提供灵敏、特异的检测工具。
