To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rabbit TCC C5b-9 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

产品评价：我用CSB-E15838Rb检测正常兔血清中含量，标准曲线的R2可以做到高达0.9924，标准曲线符合要求，样品OD值其中之一3.255、3.422，检测结果准确且完美。
