产品评价：我用CSB-E06905Rb检测模型组术前，术中30min-2h，术后24h血浆，标准曲线用四参数模型拟合出来的R2为0.9998，见图片，OD值范围为0.04（Blank)-2.5(1500pg/ml)，标准曲线符合预期。部分样本低于标曲的Blank吸光度，经过文献查询，该模型需要6h才能检测出大量IL-8炎症因子水平，因此属于正常现象。且得到的数据符合预期趋势，后续会测量6h及以上的炎症因子水平。另回答邮件中的疑问：我做的是术前，术中0-2h，术后24h共6个点的指标，没做6h的指标，因为6h兔子耳朵采不出动脉血了，所以后续会在6h处死兔子来检测炎症指标。

功能：

IL-8 is a chemotactic factor that attracts neutrophils, basophils, and T-cells, but not monocytes. It is also involved in neutrophil activation. It is released from several cell types in response to an inflammatory stimulus.
