产品描述:CUSABIO小鼠单核细胞趋化蛋白3(MCP-3/CCL7)酶联免疫检测试剂盒(货号:CSB-E07426m),采用双抗体夹心法定量检测血清、血浆或组织匀浆样本中MCP-3/CCL7的蛋白表达水平。MCP-3/CCL7属于CC趋化因子家族成员,通过结合CCR1/CCR2/CCR3等受体参与单核细胞、淋巴细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞的趋化迁移,在炎症反应、免疫调节及肿瘤微环境调控等生理病理过程中发挥重要作用。本试剂盒检测灵敏度达1.56 pg/mL,线性范围为1.56-100 pg/mL,适用于基础科研中炎症相关疾病模型(如感染、自身免疫性疾病或癌症)的机制研究,可通过定量分析MCP-3/CCL7在生物样本中的动态变化,探索其与免疫细胞浸润、组织损伤修复或肿瘤进展的关联性,为药物干预效果评价及信号通路研究提供实验支持。
